Week |
2 ½ hours of on-ice training per day
at Sportplexe 4 Glaces in Pierrefonds:
Powerskating, stickhandling, shooting, on-ice testing, skills competitions.
Plyometrics, balance and agility drills, team building activities
AND
2 sessions of 75 minutes off-ice training
at our state of the art hockey training center CDH in Dorval:
Explosion, multi-tasking, shooting and stickhandling
Schedule: 8:30am to 4:00pm
Cost: $375.00*
Hockey Canada Week : $450 (lunch included)
(includes jersey and bus transportation)
1st payment of $200 due upon registration
2nd payment of $175 due on June 1 2010
(*include a $50 cheque for the lunch card if needed [$25 discount for 2nd child] )
