ST-LAURENT "SPRINGBREAK" SKILLS CAMP 2012
March 5 to 9, 2012

2 ½ hours of on-ice training per day
at Raymond Bourque arena:
Powerskating, stickhandling, shooting, on-ice testing, skills competitions.
AND
Plyometrics, balance and agility drills, team building activities

Schedule: 8:30am to 4:00pm
Cost:
Residents: $330.00*
Non-nresidents: $379.00*
(includes jersey and bus transportation)
$200 payment due upon registration
+ a post dated cheque for $130/$179 dated February 15, 2012
