SPRINGBREAK SKILLS CAMP 2010
March 1 to 5, 2010

2 ½ hours of on-ice training per day
at Sportplexe 4 Glaces in Pierrefonds:
Powerskating, stickhandling, shooting, on-ice testing, skills competitions.
Plyometrics, balance and agility drills, team building activities
AND
2 sessions of 75 minutes off-ice training
at our state of the art hockey training center CDH in Dorval:
Explosion, multi-tasking, shooting and stickhandling

Schedule: 8:30am to 4:00pm
Cost: $375.00*
(includes jersey and bus transportation)
$200 payment due upon registration
+ a post dated cheque for $175 dated February 15, 2010
(include a $50 cheque for the lunch card if needed)
