SPRINGBREAK SKILLS CAMP 2012
March 5 to 9, 2012

2 ½ hours of on-ice training per day
at Sportplexe 4 Glaces in Pierrefonds:
Powerskating, stickhandling, shooting, on-ice testing, skills competitions.
Plyometrics, balance and agility drills, team building activities
AND
4 hours of hockey-related off-ice activities

Schedule: 8:30am to 4:00pm
Cost: $379.00*
(includes jersey and bus transportation)
$200 payment due upon registration
+ a post dated cheque for $179 dated February 13, 2012
(include a $50 cheque for the lunch card if needed)
